Calendar Not Loading or stats not calculating for certain members


On rare occasions we have had incidents of calendar entries or average time calculations for members hanging on a 'Loading.....' dialog.


This is due to chargeToId and TicketId being null for some time entries within ConnectWise for these members.


We are able to roll a hotfix to resolve this so please contact us on with the member name and we are able to investigate and fix this for you.
